Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat – Meknes
Our driver will get you from your lodging to discover the Mosque of Hassan II before departing for Rabat. In Rabat (Morocco’s capital) you can visit the Royal Palace, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and Hassan Tower, the ruins of Chellah. After lunch drive to Meknes, you’ll arrive by the late afternoon and spend the night there.
Day 2: Volubilis Meknes – Fes
After breakfast, enjoy a tour through Meknes including The Hedim Square, the tremendous entryway that is the entry to the Old Town, the Jewish Quarter and Bab El Mansour. You’ll also explore the historical city’s walls and the royal granaries. At that point move to Volubilis ( the Roman ruins) and Moulay Idriss (the Holy City). Keep on to Fes. Dinner and overnight in a conventional riad.
Day 3: Fez City Tour
After breakfast you will start a full day tour, visiting the oldest town in Morocco. A visit that will take you through the past touring its alleys and narrow streets. We begin the journey by going to the Royal Palace doors, the Jewish quarter, which is the first Mellah built in Morocco around the sixteenth century. We will ensure that you visit every interesting corner of the old medina with historical and cultural advantage including Al Qaraouine University (the most ancient in the world), the Tanneries, the Mulay Idriss catacomb, and Attarine museum. Directly after lunch, you will continue to the tiles cooperative place and after that watch the superb panoramic view of the whole medina of Fez.
Day 4: Fez – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Desert
In the morning you will travel from Fes all through to Ifrane, a mountain town, called the “Switzerland of Morocco”. At that point, we continue to Midelt. We rise early to watch the spectacular dawn over the dunes, before making your way back to the hotel for breakfast and shower. Meet your driver again and pass by Berber villages, then cross valleys and palm-lined groves of Tinjdad to come and visit the great Gorges of Dades. Continue through The Kelâa Magona, the Valley of the Roses and the oasis of Skoura to reach Ouarzazate in the late afternoon.
Day 6: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Telouet – Marrakech
After breakfast, another special day of 8 Days Casablanca tour will start. You’ll drive to Ait Benhaddou and Kasbah considered the World Heritage Site. Proceed with a visit to the conventional town of High Atlas which is the Berber Glaoui Kasbah named “Telouet”. After lunch in a cafe proceed to Marrakech via the Tizi-n-Tichka pass.
Day 7: Marrakech Day Tour
Next, after breakfast, you will have a guided tour through Marrakech where you will be led first to discover the Palace of the Bahia, the Saadian Tombs, and numerous other hidden treasures like the Majorelle gardens. After lunch, you will proceed with the guided tour to the historical Koutoubia Mosque and the bustling Jemaa el-Fna, one of the central interests of Marrakech. This brings you further to appreciate an enthusiastic night with the local performers, storytellers, and mouth-watering grilled dishes. Day 8: Marrakech – Casablanca
